Tulgra

Seal your practice.

The premium legal operating system that never sends your data to the cloud.

A native desktop application for law firms whose threat model takes privilege seriously. Local AI on the firm's own hardware. Case management, document architecture, drafting, billing, discovery, and court e-filing — in one Tulgra, not five vendors. Currently in beta with select design partners.

The three refusals

What Tulgra will not do, and why that matters.

The cloud-first SaaS playbook that runs the rest of legal tech does not fit firms that hold privileged material. Tulgra is built around three refusals — and every other decision in the application follows from them.

01

No cloud.

Every byte of client material stays on the firm's machines. The AI runs locally on the user's device, GPU-accelerated when available with intelligent CPU fallback. Prompts, completions, document context, drafts, and matter material never traverse a third-party API. There is no Karakor cloud to opt out of, because there is no Karakor cloud.

02

No five-vendor stack.

Case management, document architecture, drafting AI, time tracking, billing, discovery, e-filing, and research — one native application for macOS and Windows. The work that lives across five SaaS dashboards lives in one Tulgra. Integrations exist (QuickBooks, Outlook, court systems) but they send data out of Tulgra on your terms. They do not pull your case files into someone else's cloud.

03

No compromise.

Military-grade encryption at rest. Complete audit trail, immutable by design. Role-based access control with optional MFA. Full data portability in standard formats — JSON, CSV, ICS, PDF — because we believe a firm's data should belong to the firm. If Tulgra ever stops fitting the practice, the firm walks away with every byte intact.

What it does

Six surfaces. The full footprint of a modern practice.

The work that lives across five SaaS dashboards lives here in one application. Cases, documents, AI, drafting, billing, security — built for the same threat model, sharing the same data, running offline. Tap any group to try that surface in the live demo.

Seven surfaces. One application.

Tulgra replaces the patchwork of tools a typical practice runs on. Each surface is built for the same threat model — privilege first, workflow second.

Editions

Five editions. One application underneath.

Pricing scales with seat count and deployment complexity, not by holding features hostage. Every edition runs the same Tulgra — cases, documents, AI, drafting, billing, discovery, security. Larger editions add deployment, integration, and support that smaller firms do not need.
